On July 20th of this month, 13 tons of hydraulic winch was sent to ABU Dhabi port, and the goods have completed the customs formalities, opening a 25-day journey.
Working Principle :
The hydraulic pump draws oil from the hydraulic tank, and transmits the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic motor of the winch through the tubing, which drives the shaft inside the hydraulic motor to rotate, and the shaft drives the gear inside the winch to rotate, and the gear is connected to the winch drum, and the gear rotates, and the drum rotates, thereby lifting or lowering the heavy object.
With the oil as the working medium, the movement is transmitted through the change of the sealing volume, and the power is transmitted through the pressure inside the oil.
1. the power part – the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the oil (hydraulic energy), such as: hydraulic pump.
2. the executive part – the hydraulic pump input oil pressure energy into the mechanical energy to drive the working mechanism. For example: hydraulic cylinder, sh09 hydraulic motor
3. Control part – used to control and adjust the pressure, flow and flow direction of the oil, such as: pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve.
4. Auxiliary part – the first three parts are connected together to form a system, which plays the role of oil storage, filtration, measurement and sealing. Examples include pipes and joints, fuel tanks, filters, accumulators, seals and control instruments.
