Last July, our South Africa client was seeking to purchase 4 sets 10T mooring winches for their dive support vessel, The end user of the vessel required to install four point positioning mooring winch system, and also required tension to be maintained when anchored and displayed. Technical proposal we submitted was 4 points hydraulic mooring winch system with hydraulic power pack, 1 power pack run two winches at the same time, and automatic spooling device was required because drum capacity is 500m.

Our technical proposal was acceptable for the client, for the lead time, we were trying our best to make the delivery time within 60 days, finally our client placed the order to us because of our rich experience and quick response, all the winches had passed CCS approval and CCS class certification. In addition, we also supplied 500m galvanized steel wire ropes for each winch. After the delivery, we helped our customer to do the installation and commissioning for the winches successfully.
