In February this year, 4 units electric horizontal capstan winches were successfully delivered to the Indonesian customer. The speed of the capstan is three speeds 10/20/40 m/min, and CCS classification society certification is required for this order. Electric mooring capstan is driven by electric motor. Its mechanical part consists of reducer assemble, main shaft, roller bearing, capstan head and so on. Electric capstan is driven by electric motor, transferred to capstan shaft by four stages gears. The bearings and gears inside are lubricated by oil. So reduce has a good sealing performance, it has equipped with the -oil window, vents and unloading port. Before using the new machines, injection of clean oil to the middle of oil window in the place, generally adopts middle load industrial gear oil L-CKC220, L-CKC320 in GB 5903. The electric control system can control the electric motor of capstan to fulfill rotation, reverse rotation, adjustment of speed & braking. It applies AC 440V, 3P, 60Hz power. It uses high quality electric components, such as LG GMC contractors. The control circuit has the function of loss-power protection, overload protection, automation change from high speed to mid speed under overload. Our control system is of good & simple appearance.
