On last December, our Thailand customer placed the order for 4 units 5.5 tons and 2 units 12.5 tons hydraulic winches, the end user is Thai Navy ship under repair and maintenance in dockyard, all this winches are installed on deck cranes and used for lifting purpose, 5.5 tons winch come with single rope drum, while 12.5 ton winches have twin rope drum. All the ordered winches must be certified by CCS class certification, and also surface painting need to be marine standard with Epoxy zinc rich spray paint, The film thickness is greater than 200 microns, The spray paint color is navy gray.

Except for the winches, our customer also purchased 2 complete sets hydraulic power pack from us, and each hydraulic power pack can support and control 2X5.5t winches, 1×12.5t winch. and 2 cylindrical hydraulic David boat arm together. Based on the client’s technical requirement, the offered hydraulic power unit was designed with 2 units electric motors and 4 units separate hydraulic pumps. Each pump and hydraulic line will support one machine, rated power of electric motor is 22KW, protection level was IP56 which is adapted to marine corrosive environment.

After the completion of production, the customer was invited to inspect the goods in our factory in March. After inspecting the equipment, the customer put forward some suggestions for rectification and improvement. We attached great importance to these suggestions of the customer, such as adding steel rain cover on the top of hydraulic pump station, increasing the number of manual pumps, providing some wearing and spare parts along with the winches etc. We completed all the additional requirements of the customer within one week and provided clear photos of the finished goods for checking. Finally, our customer was very satisfied with our products and services and asked for delivery and shipping as soon as possible. The contract between us and our client is door to the door service, that is, the trade term DDU clause, and our customer successfully received all the shipment in April.
